Reporting an error
If a result or a tariff looks wrong, please send:
- the link of the page (copy it after pressing Calculate so it includes your inputs),
- the number you think is wrong and the number you expected,
- where your number comes from, for example your bill, a datasheet or a NEPRA notification.
We check every reported error against the source. Confirmed errors are fixed on every page that uses the same formula or data, and the page's last reviewed date is updated. See our editorial policy.
What we cannot help with
We cannot pay or correct electricity bills, register net metering, or inspect wiring. For a billing dispute contact your DISCO or K-Electric. For wiring, breakers or a solar installation, use a licensed electrician.
